At Marsh Oaks Independent Living LLC, our mission is to enhance the lives of seniors by offering compassion, structured support in a warm residential setting.
We provide daily living assistance under the guidance of a licensed Registered Nurse, with consistent oversignt from trained staff.
As a Multi-Unit Assisted Housing with Services (MUHAS) provider registered with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, we are committed to honoring residents' rights, promoting independence, and ensuring safety in a secure home-like environment.
Our community is designed for older adults who do not require 24/7 skilled nursing but benefit from daily support, companionship, and clinical supervision.

Our Services
Trained Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
Our trained PCAs provide support with essential daily routines. Services include:

Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing

Support with toileting and personal hygiene

Meal assistance and monitoring of dietary intake

Ambulation and mobility support

Help with transfers (bed, chair, etc.)

Observation and reporting of changes in condition

Wellness Support
Our Registered Nurse provides clinical oversight, medication reviews, and care coordination services, including attending medical appointments to advocate for residents and ensure follow-up care is understood and communicated clearly. These services are provided through PRN Nurse Solutions PLLC and are tailored to each resident's needs, with consent.
Nutritious Meals
Residents enjoy three balanced home-style meals and two healthy snacks each day - all thoughtfully prepared to support dietary needs, preferences, and overall wellness. Every meal is served in a well-lit dining area that encourages community and connection.
Social Engagement
We offer various social activities and companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being. Our residents do go out into the community to engage in social activities as well.
Quality Care
We are dedicated to providing exceptional care services that prioritize the well-being and happiness of our residents. As part of our commitment, we coordinate with other licensed home health care agencies of the residents' choice and provide RN oversight to ensure continuity of care, safety, and wellness support.
